yup it happened to me 3 red led's my 360 is DEAD i blame the update annd i blame bobbyhell lol

Oh. NOOooo! the red ring of death...ouch!

Happened to one of my friends and he sent his 360 to MS and the sent him back a new one with all the same software he had on the old one, he didnt lose any DL's

So you're saying they sent back a new one with the old hard-drive. Crazy weapon.

i havent the slightest what to do but i emailed customer support i literally wrote it up like a bug.

No, Gut silly little man...lol. The hard drive had a different serial number. He wrote it down before he turned it in to MS. They copied the data from one hard drive to the next!

The hard drive is detactable.. I wouldn't send it back.
