Like the name of that topic do ya?
Yeah, well, today at work I went in and my boss was like
"Hey, you any good at PGR2?"
and I'm all like
"Hell yeah, why?"
and he says,
"Because we are doing a PGR2 tournament today, you wanna play? Oh, BTW, you have to run it too."
So I was like, cool.
Tournament time comes around and the only people that are playing in this 8 man tourney are like 12 year olds. So I'm all
"WTF, I am gonna get beat by 12 year olds, I haven't played this game in way too friggin long."
So I start up the tourny and I beat both my quartert final and semio final matches. So I yell out through the store
"Who is this Francis kid? He's in the final match!"
all of a sudden this huge fat guy comes up to me and says...
"Who's he playing against?"
and I say...
"Me"
and he says...
"You can't play you work here."
and I say...
"Watch me!"
After that this skinny little 12 year old wonders out from behind this huge fat guy and we set up the match and started racing. All I have to say is, for a friggin 12 year old this kid could race, he would have whipped any one else that works at my store besides me. We were racing that track that looks like an Elites head from Halo. And it was pretty close race until the second to last lap when he fucked up on a U turn and I blew past him. After that I could have sworn the kid started to cry.
Man my job sucks.
I should have just let him win.
Oh well he got the prizes anyways.
