oh, Delphar7, so close...It's a Pretz commercial(I have tons of these commercials).  But it's from the same company that makes Pocky...Glico.  Morning Musume is a female Japanese group that use to make Pocky commercials.   Aya Matsuura is the girl in the avatar & she is the spokesperson for Pretz.  I LOVE Pretz ...

Oh, Carsinigin, that dancing footage was both cool & funny.  At first I thought that I was suppose to pay attention to the Asian guy...then the guy with the hat came & messed him up...lol, that was funny.    BTW, what was the Asian guy doing at the end of his dance....looked like he picked up a bag between his legs ...
