Hey I got it below 3 megs. You should be happy for me.

The program I use for GIF's blows. I can't do crap to it besides what I have done. Plus the fact that if I try and modify anything to it after I have set the animation stuff in it freezes the frames once I save.

Hmmm, don't know any PC photo editing/gif editing software... Your Avatar is even 176k! Do you have photoshop? If you do you might have image ready... I don't know anyway around it.

I did what you said, I limited the 256 colors(colours, i recognize my canadianism) down to 60 and that killed off about 300k so now it's down to 760k.

Not too bad at all.

It also seems to have normalised the image a little and sharpened it up. Removed some Grey from the blacks. . ! Nice job.

Some of that was me. I used the brightness and contrast control to darken it a tid bit before I changed the amount of colors I used. It was very tedious though because I had to do it to all 27 images.

Thanks for the colour tip though. It took me forever to find out where it was on the program that I could do that.
