Go here http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ to test ur internet upload and download speed, average upload for most ppl is btween 250 and 350, if u have anything over this then u should be able to host 10 or more wit no problems. My upload was 354kbps, download was 3824 kbps

I normally do my testing though broadbandreports.com at: http://www.broadbandreports.com/stest. They have a bunch of different test you can do on that site along with comparing your speed test results to other people in your area.

I'll post my results when I get home tonight.
