    you uys might remember a little while back i got a DUI how long do those points stay on my licence?

    I'm pretty sure it's permanent until you get pardoned which takes a few years.

    Well, maybe the point's will stay on his license, I'm not sure but if he waits a few years and appeals to some old sacks of shit he can get a pardon and have it taken off his criminal record, not sure if it's the same thing.

    well it depends , if it was your first offense u could have gone for a defferred prosecution and it would remove itself from your record after your probationary period if no defferred than well its there for life as far as i know

    it is going to depend on your state's laws:

    According to the Ohio's Bureau of Motor Vehicles, there is no section of the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) that states convictions ever come off of a person's driving record. However, an administrative decision is in effect in OH that allows for Driver Abstracts to only reflect the last three years driver record activity.

    no not sweet the reason i asked is cuz I got into a car accident (my fault) and i now have over 12 points on my licence I got that one DUI-6 points then i got caught going 71 in a 35-4 points and now this reck is 2 points so im gonna have my licence suspended agian YAY!!! if your ever in cleveland look out for me ill be fuckin shit up
