It also seems to have normalised the image a little and sharpened it up. Removed some Grey from the blacks. . ! Nice job.

Hmmm, don't know any PC photo editing/gif editing software... Your Avatar is even 176k! Do you have photoshop? If you do you might have image ready... I don't know anyway around it.

Yes smaller in stature not size... Now ANGEL has to work on HIS MASSIVE sigs... did you even _try_ limiting colours to cerate a smaller file size? Give er a go...
